AUTHOR REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by 4 August, 2023, no exceptions. If you are a student author, please select between the IMS Member, IEEE Member, or Non-Member registration types to cover the cost of the publication. Members to whom the society bylaws grant special discounts (e.g., Students, Life members of the IEEE) cannot use the discounted rates to cover the publication of an accepted paper, they have to pay the member fee.

BANK TRANSFERS

If you are paying by credit card, please register directly online through the registration portal. If you will be paying via wire transfer (non-refundable), please contact Kennedy Knight, AMPS 2023 Manager.

Please note:

An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if registration payment is received and processed by 29 July, 2023. In case no appropriate registration has been received and correctly processed to cover a paper’s publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.

Only IMS Member, IEEE Member or Non-Member fees are allowed to cover the publication of an accepted paper. To qualify for member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form. Student and IEEE Life Member registration fees cannot be used to guarantee the publication of an accepted paper. If the only author registering to cover the paper publication is a student, he/she has to pay the appropriate Member or Non-member fee. 

In case no appropriate registration has been received and correctly processed to cover a paper’s publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.

• To qualify for member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form
• Please note that paying by bank transfer is non-refundable and will incur a $25 fee

VISA INFORMATION

Citizens of certain countries and territories need a visa to visit or transit to Switzerland. The following information is provided as a courtesy but is subject to change. Please contact the visa department of your home country.

Please check Visa & Entry to Switzerland to see if you will need a visa from your country of origin.

LETTER OF INVITATION

A letter of invitation is provided only after you have completed registration for the conference and paid the conference registration fee. Such a letter may be needed to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting. If you require an invitation letter please email Kennedy Knight, kknight@conferencecatalysts.com. The letter will be provided by email. In your email, provide the following information:

• Registration confirmation code
• Complete name
• Mailing address
• Accepted paper number (if applicable)
• Accepted paper title (if applicable)
• Any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application.

The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend AMPS 2023. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference and pay in full before requesting an invitation letter.

All registrations are non-refundable.
